Phase II of the President's Vision Tour - 2004

The second phase of the tour was conducted during 2004. During this phase Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang made a point of meeting with the members of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwn Federation as well as Moo Duk Kwan practitioners from around the world to share with them his vision for the future of the art as well as instilling in them the pride and prestige that the art has built in the past 55 years.
