The
third phase of the President's Vision Tour was conducted in 2005. During
this phase Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang visited the studios in each
region in an
effort to see what, as practitioners, we have done to support the
President's Vision Tour and growth of the Moo Duk Kwan style.
This was done through encouraging the members to take an active role in strengthening the art and making
the name Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan known in the community by
forming Studio level Vision Tour Committees.
