Region 10 Members solicited the Federation's Board of Directors to explore potential venues for the 2019 National Festival in Region 10 and after researching more than twenty locations, we think we have found the perfect facility in the Red Lion Hotel On The River - Jantzen Beach, Portland Oregon.   Our contract has been executed and our space is reserved for us so,
