You will also gain keen insights about how to rapidly execute fundamental joint locks that often challenge students endeavoring to master cross hand grips, same side grips and two-on-one grips plus alternative techniques for self-defense (Ho Sin Sul).
This session will cover self defense techniques (Ho Sin Sul) and will provide participants with keen new insights for understanding the intent and application possibilities of each technique.
