                COMPETE:

                Demonstrate your Soo Bahk Do knowledge and skill by competing in the hyung and/or sparring competitions with students in your age and rank category.  Be sure to have your instructor sign the form.

                Please note that gups (white and colored belts) can arrive on Saturday, July 2^nd at NOON to sign in and be ready for 12:45 lineup.

                PROMOTE:

                Take photos or a video of you, your family or friends preparing for Nationals and post it on social media.

                Invite your family and friends.

                Announce the event and your or your family’s participation in school newsletters, etc.

                VOLUNTEER:

                To make Nationals great for everyone, lots of help is needed. Runners, timekeepers and scorekeepers are needed at the event. Region 9 members are needed to help stage the event. Ko Dan Ja are needed to referee.
