The 2019 National Festival room block July 25-27 at the Red Lion Hotel in Portland, Oregon is sold out.

Cancellations and other circumstances between now and the Festival "might" randomly result in a very limited qty of rooms becoming available for July 25th, 26th, 27th, but those rooms could be at a much higher rate up to $250 per night.

Another common problematic scenario in oversold situations is that you may be able to get a room on Thursday night and/or Saturday night, but NOT for Friday night.

The Federation is requesting your IMMEDIATE response to help us determine if enough members who are planning to attend still need rooms to determine if the Federation may be able to establish an overflow hotel arrangement at the best rate we can get for you at an alternate Hotel nearby.

Should an insufficient number of responses be received, then you will need to acquire your own accommodations as best you can.
