Prerecorded Virtual Competition uploads due date EXTENDED AGAIN TO Midnight October 18, 2020

The upload deadline has been extended again to accommodate members who have encountered technical issues and thus were unable to meet the earlier deadlines and to allow organizers time to review the huge influx of last-minute registrations and seek to resolve submission errors before constructing divisions.

For example, some adults accidently entered their birthdates for their children and some members accidently entered the hyung division twice instead of hyung once and breaking once while other members accidently uploaded the wrong video for a student.

These issues require time to research and sort out so that participants are assigned to the correct prerecorded divisions before judging begins.

The point is that this technology is new and it is being developed live for this event (which is not optimal) and for registrants just learning how to use the new technology, the experience can be fraught with confusion, technical issues and other challenges, so Federation Officials are providing some deadline flexibility in order to accommodate all participants the best we can.

Thank you for your understanding!

Please use your free ticket above and join us in a few hours.
