We did not even get the announcement published for the Federation's newest Lifetime Member, Sa Bom Nim Keith Wildonger who serves as the elected Region 3 Director on the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation Board of Directors before the "newest Lifetime Member" position was taken over by Kyo Sa Nim Cynthia Speedy from Region 8.
