2019 Moo Duk Kwan National Festival Now Underway in Portland Oregon

Attendees arriving Wednesday evening for the 2019 Moo Duk Kwan® National Festival were greeted by Portland Oregon at night.

Thursday the Technical Advisory Committee members in attendance and the TAC Assistants kicked off the day by meeting to review instructor assignments for the Festival seminars and the other activities plus videoing some exciting new content for the Soo Bahk Do® Institute.

Thursday evening attendees registered for the advanced seminar will enjoy high level guidance from various TAC instructors during the Ship Dan Kum seminar and then retire to rest up for a vigorous Friday and Saturday full of competition.
