Frank Tsai, Moo Duk Kwan® Dan Bon #32700 Sa Bom is an internationally certified Master level practitioner and master level Instructor (Sa Bom) of the Soo Bahk Do® martial art system taught in Moo Duk Kwan® schools worldwide.
He has been appointed by Moo Duk Kwan® President H.C. Hwang to serve on the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation®Technical Advisory Committee, Digital sub-committee (Digital Bu) 2017-2020.
Master Tsai is currently a 5th degree midnight blue belt with the Moo Duk Kwan® and has trained in the Martial Arts for over 25 years.
Prior to attaining his masters belt, he was the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation® National lightweight sparring champion for 4 years in a row and won 1st place in the full contact continuous sparring division at the Battle of Baltimore.
Master Tsai has previously studied Japanese Karate, Caeporia, Jiu-Jitsu, Tai-Chi, Wing Chun, and wrestling and regularly practices Astanga Yoga and enjoys break dancing in his free time.
He also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering and a Masters Degree in Information Systems from the Johns Hopkins University.
