Volume One Limited Editions Being Packed For Shipping
The long-awaited return to print of Volume One (out of print since 2010) is over thanks to all who have ordered.
Headquarters staff are busily packing all orders for shipment and will continue to do so as quickly as possible until all orders are filled. Periodic bulk pickup is arranged with the U.S. Postal service for USA orders.
International orders require customs declaration forms and some other steps that will add a little more time to fulfilling those orders. Some multi-book orders may have additional shipping and handling due.
