This senior level seminar is open to 4th through 8th Dans will provide keen insights and experiences in integrating the three gungs in all applications and the use of personal and situational awareness to successfully engage and neutralize potential attackers.

Participants will train to quickly analyze their situation strategically, and practice skills for applying the optimum (not maximum) techniques in a dynamic and evolving encounter.
