Regional Dan Tests

Official Moo Duk Kwan^® Dan rank testing opportunities are available multiple times per year through Regional Dan tests for Federation members who are recommended to test by their personal instructors.

The U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation's Technical Advisory Committee provides opportunities in each Federation region for qualified students to test for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dan ranks. Higher rank candidates are tested at an annual, week long Masters exam called the Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa.

U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation Regional Dan tests are scheduled and managed by the Technical dvisory Committee's appointed Regional Examiners and Regional Administrators in each of the Federation's 10 regions.

Students applying to test for Dan rank must be recommended by their personal instructor and must submit a completed application packet and fees in accordance with the instructions of Regional Officials.
